At Iron and Resin, we stand by the quality of our goods and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
